EVOLVE
I’ve been teaching yoga for more than a decade, and somewhere along the way, teaching classes grew into leading teachers. As a training director for both 200 and 300-hour programs, I get to take people beyond learning how to move and into understanding why we move the way we do.
My classes are built around strength, curiosity, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things. Expect arm balances, inversions, creative transitions, and plenty of opportunities to play at the edge of what you think is possible. You don’t have to nail the pose. The point is being willing to try.
Because sometimes the thing you thought you couldn’t do is exactly the thing that flips your perspective.

20+ YEARS
TECHNOLOGY + WEB DEVELOPMENT
My roots in tech go back to user experience and graphic design for Moraff’s Mahjongg. More than 20 years later, the tools have changed quite a bit, but the goal hasn’t: build things that look good, work well, and make sense to the person using them.
I help businesses turn what they already have, or what they’re still figuring out, into websites and digital systems that actually make sense.

A custom business website bringing together services, project galleries, outdoor features, and a custom-coded searchable plant database.
Custom business websites built around what you actually need, without unnecessary complexity.
Website updates, new pages, forms, content changes, troubleshooting, and keeping everything working after launch.
Domains, email, DNS, integrations, migrations, and the behind-the-scenes problems that somehow become your problem.
HAVE SOMETHING YOU’RE TRYING TO BUILD?
LET'S TALK →Yoga teacher. Resident geek. Perpetually curious.
I’ve spent nearly 30 years working remotely, starting back before anyone really knew what “working remotely” was, and more than 20 years in technology and web development. I got my start in user experience and graphic design for a game company, working on Moraff’s Mahjongg. That was back when Ask Jeeves was a search strategy and “high speed” internet meant nobody could use the phone.
But work is only part of the story. I’ve been saving Hyrule since the original Zelda on NES, I’m a LEGO builder extraordinaire, a roller-coaster enthusiast, beach wanderer, dog person, and firm believer that getting in the car with no particularly good reason can absolutely count as a plan.
I like figuring things out. Technology, yoga poses, LEGO sets, video games, places I haven’t been yet, and whatever rabbit hole has my attention this week. I’m usually teaching something, building something, learning something, going somewhere, or wondering what happens if I push that button.
I’ve never been particularly interested in staying in one lane. At this stage of life, I’m definitely not starting now.
Yoga. Tech. Life. Whatever brought you here, say hello.
